Preventative Maintenance Service

One of the most overlooked aspects of low slope roofing is preventative maintenance. Pro-Tec Roofing is the preferred maintenance contractor for many of the areas top facilities. Our approach to preventative maintenance is simple. We can offer pricing to inspect annually, bi annually, quarterly or as frequent as our customers would like.

Testimonials

Pro-Tec Roofing worked for us at the new 7-Story Bed Expansion at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Boardman, Ohio. This was a very difficult project as we were building 6 floors on top of an existing 1 story occupied building. Pro-Tec did an excellent job helping to protect the existing building roof as well as providing waterproofing at all of our structural tie-ins. The new roofs were installed expeditiously and with great quality.
